1 About Taskcash

Taskcash is a mobile earning platform that allows registered users to earn points by completing tasks such as watching advertisements, completing surveys, downloading apps, and referring friends. Points can be redeemed for real money via supported local payment methods including Mobile Money and eWallet services.

Taskcash is operated from South Africa and serves users across the African continent.

2 Eligibility

To use Taskcash, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid email address and phone number
• Reside in a supported country
• Not have a previously banned or suspended Taskcash account
• Agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy

3 Account Rules

Each user is permitted to have one (1) account only. Creating multiple accounts to earn additional rewards is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban and forfeiture of all earnings.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone.

4 Earning Points

Points are awarded for the following activities:

• Watching Ads: Up to 100 rewarded video ads per day. Each ad must be watched completely to earn points.
• Completing Offers: Surveys, app downloads, and other tasks from our offerwall partners. Rewards are credited upon verified completion.
• Referrals: Bonus points are awarded when a referred friend registers and completes their first earning activity.

Point values are subject to change at Taskcash’s discretion. We reserve the right to adjust reward amounts based on advertiser pricing.

5 Withdrawals & Payouts

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Minimum withdrawal: Equivalent to $5 USD in earned points
• Processing time: 24 to 48 hours after request submission
• Supported methods: Mobile Money (M-Pesa, MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, Orange Money, etc.) and eWallet services, depending on your country
• Currency: Payouts are made in your local currency or USD, depending on your region
• Withdrawal requests that are flagged for fraud will be placed on hold pending investigation

Taskcash reserves the right to delay or withhold payouts if fraudulent activity is suspected.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using a VPN, proxy, or any IP-masking tool to fake your location or bypass restrictions
• Creating multiple accounts (one per person, per device)
• Using bots, auto-clickers, emulators, or any automated software to complete tasks
• Attempting to manipulate or exploit the points system
• Using stolen or fraudulent payment details for withdrawals
• Engaging in any activity that deceives our advertising partners
• Sharing or selling your Taskcash account to another person

7 Anti-Fraud & Security

Taskcash employs multiple layers of fraud detection including but not limited to:

• Device fingerprinting and unique device ID tracking
• IP address monitoring and VPN detection
• Behavioural analysis of earning patterns
• Email and phone number verification

Accounts found to be in violation will be banned without notice and any pending or historical earnings will be voided.

8 Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, and software associated with Taskcash are the exclusive property of Taskcash. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written permission.

9 Disclaimer of Warranties

Taskcash is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The platform will be available at all times without interruption
• Advertiser offers will always be available in your region
• Earnings will remain constant, as they depend on advertiser budgets

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taskcash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of earnings or data. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount of points you have earned in the 30 days preceding any claim.

11 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination for fraud or abuse, all accumulated points and pending withdrawals are forfeited. Upon voluntary account closure with no violations, any qualifying balance will be paid out within 7 business days.

12 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via email. Your continued use of Taskcash after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
